Paycor | Forgotten Password
FORGOT YOUR USERNAME? HOW TO RECOVER YOUR USERNAME
1. Go to Paycor.com, enter your credentials, and click Sign In.
2. If you enter any incorrect information, you receive an error message.
3. If you enter the wrong username, under the Username field, click Forgot your username?. The Recover Your Username popup appears.
4. In the Email Address field, enter your email address and click Continue. A confirmation screen appears.
5. Review the confirmation screen that appears, go to your Email, and open the email from Paycor. Click the blue Verify Email Address button.
6. Select a recovery method to verify your identity:
7. If you select Call or Text, this screen appears:

If you select to verify your phone number with a Text Message, a verification code is sent to you:
- Enter the verification code and click Continue.

If you select to verify your phone number with a Phone Call, you will receive a phone call from an automated system that will tell you your verification code:
- Enter the verification code and click Continue.
- If you enter the wrong verification code, you will receive this error message:
8. If you select to answer security questions, answer those and click Continue.
- If you answer a security question incorrectly, you will receive this error message:
- If you answer four security questions incorrectly, you will receive this error message and you must reach out to your HR Administrator to recover your username.
9. When you answer your security questions correctly or verify your phone number correctly, the usernames associated with your account appear:
- At the end of the Recovery Process in a confirmation popup.

In an email Paycor sends to you.
- The usernames appear in the order that there were last used.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
1. Go to Paycor.com, enter your credentials, and click Sign In.
2. If you enter any incorrect information, you receive an error message.
3. If you forgot your wrong password, under the Password field, click Forgot your password? The Reset Your Password popup appears.
4. Enter your Email Address and Username and click Continue. A confirmation screen appears.
5. Review the confirmation screen that appears, go to your Email, and open the email from Paycor. Click Verify Email Address.
6. Select a recovery method to verify your identity:

- If you select to verify your phone number with a Text Message, a verification code is sent to you:
- Enter the verification code and click Continue.
- If you select to verify your phone number with a Phone Call, you will receive a phone call from an automated system that will tell you your verification code:
- Enter the verification code and click Continue.
- If you enter the wrong verification code, you will receive this error message:
8. If you select to answer security questions, answer those and click Continue.
- If you answer a security question incorrectly, you will receive this error message:
- If you answer four security questions incorrectly, you will receive this error message and you must reach out to your HR Administrator to recover your username.
9. If you verify your phone number or answer your security questions correctly, you can reset your password. When the Set Your New password popup appears, enter your new password twice and click Complete Password Reset. A confirmation screen appears.
10. An email is also sent to you confirming the password is reset.
