Initiate a Teams Meeting on Tablet Tap the Teams icon to start Teams. The Teams app should be located at the bottom center of the tablet home screen. The app should open on the Calendar view automatically. If not, just tap the Calendar icon at the bottom left of the screen. To start a meeting, tap on the camera iconat the top right of the screen and then tap Meet now Make sure the Camera, Mic and Speaker are all active. If any of them have a slash through them, just tap the icon and that will turn the device on. To add the physician to the meeting, tap the Add participants button… Tap Add people… In the Search for people field, type in the name of the person you want to invite to the meeting. You will see matches populate below as you type. Once you see the person you want to invite, tap on their name. Once you’ve added all participants, tap the check mark at the top right of the screen. Now you just need to wait for the invited participant to join the meeting.
