Unable To Log Into Healthicity | Lockout | Password Reset

Unable to log into Healthicity because of lockout or forgotten password. Your HR creates Healthicity accounts. They should provide you with your login information.
Instructions
1. Use the "forgot password" option. Please ensure you are using the email that was used to register. HR should give you that information. It's most likely that your personal email was used for the creation of your account.
2. If the forgot password option did not work for you, reach out to HR and see if they can assist. Your HR creates the account and they should be able to look you up in the system.
3. If your HR is unavailable, you can create an incident with the service desk. Response time could be slower.
